How to care for pet reptiles in this section devoted to reptile
pets.

There are around 8,000 species of reptile throughout the world they live
on every continent except for Antarctica.  All reptiles are cold-blooded
which means there temperature changes to their outside temperature so
they can not take cold as well as warm-blooded animals.  There are all
different types of reptiles that have adapted to different environments like
the chameleon changing colors or geckos climbing upside down.  Almost
all reptiles lay eggs but some like snakes give live birth to their young.
Reptiles are extremely interesting and lived millions of years ago some of
their adaptations are like no other creatures in the world.
